AVAAN's Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
To apply for membership, you must:

  • Be a Nepali citizen (or legally permitted to participate in Nepal).
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be of sound mental health.
  • Have no record of corruption, fraud, or other criminal convictions.
  • Agree to follow AVAAN’s constitution (Bidhan), rules, and decisions.

2. Professional Scope
Membership is open to individuals, groups, and institutions involved in:

  • 2D Animation & 3D Animation
  • Visual Effects (VFX)
  • Game Development & Design
  • Storyboarding & Concept Art
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Art
  • Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and related creative industries

3. Code of conduct
All members agree to:

  • Uphold the reputation and integrity of AVAAN
  • Treat fellow members with professionalism, respect, and fairness.
  • Refrain from misusing AVAAN’s name, platform, or resources for personal or commercial gain without written permission.

4. Membership Fees & Renewal

  • Members must pay the joining and annual renewal fees set by AVAAN.
  • Membership may be suspended or cancelled if fees are unpaid within the due period

5. Member Rights & Benefits
 As an AVAAN member, you are entitled to

  •  Participate in workshops, training programs, events, and networking sessions.
  • Access professional resources and updates
  • Take part in meetings and decision-making processes as allowed by the constitution (Bidhan)

6. Termination of Membership
Membership can be terminated if: 

  • You violate the constitution (Bidhan), rules, or code of conduct.
  • You engage in actions harmful to AVAAN’s reputation or community.
  • You fail to pay applicable fees.
  • You may also resign by submitting a written request

7. Privacy & Data Protection
Membership can be terminated if: 

  •  AVAAN respects your privacy and keeps your personal data confidential.
  • Your information will only be used for membership management, official communication, and AVAAN activities.
  • Data will not be shared publicly without your consent.

8. Declaration & Agreement
 By applying for membership, I confirm that:

  • The information I provide is true and correct
  • I meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
  • I agree to abide by AVAAN’s constitution, rules, and decisions
  • I agree to pay the applicable membership fees
